Membership

Use the floor on your own

A membership is the floor without a coach. You get the equipment, the locker rooms and everything else in the building, and nobody programmes for you or stands next to you while you work. There are two tiers.

The two tiers

Partner, and Partner Plus

Both tiers buy the same floor and the same building. What separates them is when you can get in. Access is being confirmed for this year, so the current answer comes from the studio rather than from this page.

Partner

The floor, the locker rooms, and the rest of the building.

Everything listed below, on the studio's standard access. It is the tier for somebody who wants the room and the equipment and already knows what to do with them.

Partner Plus

The same floor, on the wider access.

The step up from Partner. Same equipment, same locker rooms, same building. Ask what the access runs to at the moment, because it is the one thing that changed when the other two studios closed.

What it is not

A membership does not come with a coach

Nobody assesses you, nobody writes your programme, and nobody is on the floor with you. That is personal training, it starts with an assessment, and it is bought separately. Plenty of people hold both.

What a membership gets you

The studio is the wellness amenity for the building, so a membership stands on its own rather than being a bolt-on to training.

The training floor
Sorinex Apex racks in pairs, competition bars, calibrated plates, dumbbells the length of the rack, and a turf lane for sled and carry work.
No queue for a rack
Nobody runs a class through this floor. The equipment is free at the moment you want it, which is the whole reason the room stays quiet.
Full-service locker rooms
Come straight from the office and go straight on with the rest of the day.
Towel service
Included. You do not need to pack one.
Red light sauna
On site, for members and clients alike.
A doctor of physical therapy in the building
Star Physical Therapy's Performance and Concierge programme runs out of this floor. You can engage them directly if what you need is medical supervision rather than training.
Before you join

Come and stand in the room first

Nobody should buy access to a floor they have not seen. Call the studio, come in, and walk it. We will tell you what the access looks like this year and what a membership costs today, which is more use to you than a number typed onto a web page last spring.

Cost and membership

How much does it cost?

Sessions are bought in packages with a 90-day minimum, so there is a retest at the end of it and something to compare against. We will build a package around your budget, whether you train twice a month or five times a week. Ask for the current rates when you book your consultation.
