Finding the door

- 3102 West End Ave, Ste 125, Nashville, TN 37203. It is on West End Avenue, so it is straightforward from Sylvan Park, West Meade, Belle Meade, Green Hills and downtown.

- The studio is a suite inside the building rather than a storefront on the street, which is why first-time visitors sometimes drive past it. Follow the signage in from the lobby.
- Parking
- There is parking at the building. Call before your first visit and we will tell you exactly where to put the car and which entrance to use.
The room
What is on the floor
Rebuilt end to end five years ago around Sorinex. Two sessions run side by side in paired bays, so a coach and a client own a station outright.
The training floor
Sorinex Apex racks in pairs, competition bars, calibrated plates, dumbbells the length of the rack, and a turf lane for sled and carry work.
Locker rooms
Full-service, with towel service. You can come straight from the office and go straight on to the rest of the day.
Red light sauna
On site, for members and clients.

Star Physical Therapy’s Performance and Concierge programme runs out of this floor, so a doctor of physical therapy is in the building with your coach.

Star Physical Therapy’s Performance and Concierge programme has run out of this floor for two years. Your coach and a physical therapist are in the same building, so a problem gets looked at properly instead of trained around. You can also engage Star directly if what you need is medical supervision rather than training.

Members come in from Sylvan Park, West Meade, Belle Meade, Green Hills and downtown. One of them put it better than we would: it is easy to get to from the neighbourhood and from most major areas around, because it is on West End.
