Rent space on this floor
Around ten independent trainers run their own books out of the studio. If you have clients but no room worth training them in, you get Sorinex equipment and a West End address without signing a lease.

The floor, as if it were yours
The same room the studio's own coaches train on, and nothing held back from it.
- Sorinex Apex racks, in pairs
- Competition bars, calibrated plates, dumbbells the length of the rack, and a turf lane for sled and carry work.
- No classes through the floor
- Nobody runs a group through this room, so the equipment is free at the moment your client's programme calls for it.
- Full-service locker rooms and towel service
- For you and for your clients. They can come straight from the office and go straight on with the day.
- A doctor of physical therapy in the building
- Star Physical Therapy runs out of this floor. Your client can be seen here rather than sent across town.
- A West End address
- Close in from Green Hills, Belle Meade, Sylvan Park and downtown, on a road everybody already knows.
- No lease
- Terms are agreed with the studio directly. There is no lease to sign and no floor plan to buy into.
You bring the clients. The floor is ready.
Ten trainers already run their books here. The equipment was bought once, to outlast all of us, and there is a bay free at the moment your client needs it.
Three steps, all of them in person
01
Ask
Use the consultation form and say it is about space on the floor, or call. Either way it reaches the studio.
02
Walk the floor
Come in and stand in the room. See the racks, the bays and the front of the floor before you commit a client to it.
03
Agree terms
Rent is agreed with the studio directly and is not published here. Ask, and you will get the real number rather than a stale one off a web page.
Ask about spaceSay it is about space on the floor
Use the form and say it is about space on the floor. It reaches the same place as everything else.
